Job Purpose :
To act as a strategic finance partner to business and operations leaders by delivering financial insights, performance analysis, and commercial guidance that support informed decision-making, optimize financial performance, and ensure alignment between business objectives and financial plans, while maintaining strong governance, budgetary control, and value creation across the organization.
Key Accountabilities
· Partner with operational leaders on financial planning and analysis activities to translate business strategies into actionable financial plans and informed decision-making.
· Develop and monitor business unit budgets and forecasts to ensure financial targets are achievable, controlled, and aligned with approved plans.
· Analyze financial and operational performance trends to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas that enhance profitability and cost efficiency.
· Provide financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and operational optimization.
· Review and validate financial business cases and proposals to ensure commercial viability, return on investment, and alignment with company objectives.
· Coordinate monthly performance reviews with business units to track variances, explain deviations, and drive corrective actions.
· Ensure alignment between financial policies and business practices to maintain governance, compliance, and financial discipline across operations.
· Support cross-functional initiatives with financial expertise to enable effective execution of projects, transformations, and operational enhancements.
Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to provide clear visibility on performance, risks, and decision-critical metrics.

Key Competency:
- Key knowledge of general Accounting, Finance and reporting.
- Key knowledge of Finance from Retail and FMCG sector.
- Strong bilingual interpersonal and communication skills to manage effective business to business and internal customers relations.
- Extensive knowledge of ERP and Retail management systems (Oracle & SAP).
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Detail and process oriented.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting,
- Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or any other related field or MBA is preferred.
- Professional certificates such as ACCA, CPA, CA, CMA, CFA, FP&A is preferred
- Minimum 8 years of extensive experience in Supply Chain Finance preferably in Retail and FMCG sector
