Functional Accountabilities

Project manager responsibilities include:
1) Define project scope, goals, budget (if any), stakeholders and deliverable.
2) Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
3) Ensure project resource availability and allocation.
4) Deliver project on time within budget and scope.
5) Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
6) Track project deliverable & measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
7) Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs.
8) Report and escalate risks to management if needed.
9) Manage the alignments and relationships with the all stakeholders.
10) Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
11) Initiate Business Support project opporunities that will make a difference in cost efficiency , people development and engagement , & processes effectiveness.
Skills
Education
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- 5+ Years of experience
- Background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis – with an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks and being a team player that has a problem-solving ability.
