Functional Accountabilities:
• Ensure all managers on the company have clear Key Performance Indicators and have completed scorecards align with overall company strategy map,
• Provide inputs in the improvement of the performance evaluation process, Ensure performance evaluation process runs smoothly through the year to all levels
• Ensure that PM process is continuously reviewed & updated according to actual business needs.
• Supports the goal of establishing the human capital of the organization as a critical component in accomplishing business goals
• Manage the development of organization structure and jobs, and Ensure organization design is aligned with strategy optimized to deliver company Goals & objectives.
• Manages, designs and implements policies and procedures relating to organizational development.
• Reviewing Manpower Planning & Budget Analysis reporting.
• Manages incentive plan and implementation, salary review, promotions, and HR reporting & analytics
• Facilitate the development of pay strategy and implementation
• Size jobs and design pay scheme and benefits package and ensure alignment with strategy.
Skills
Education
• University degree
• HR certificate is plus
• Good analytical and conceptual legal skills
• Ability to advise and persuade staff and external parties on HR policy questions.
• Absolute discretion in dealing with confidential matters.
• Ability to use IT systems and software.
Experience, Skills & Competencies
• Ability to work on own initiative and as a member of a team.
• +7 years of progressively responsible professional experience in human resources
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
