Job Description
· Coaching, Managing and collaborating with regulatory affairs team in carrying out the below tasks.
· Assist in obtaining and maintaining government approval for business needs
· Link between company and regulatory authorities, ensuring that business operating in compliances with appropriate legislation
· Studying scientific and legal documents
· Gathering, evaluating, organizing, managing and collating information in a variety of formats
· Ensuring compliances with regulations set by the ministry and regulatory agency
· Maintaining familiarity with private label product ranges
· Keeping up to date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines
· Liaising and negotiating with regulatory authorities
· Issuance and renewal of company commercial registration
· Participating in governmental events
Skills
· 7-10 years’ experience at least 3 years in Retail business.
· Native.
· Knowledge of Government Relation environment
· Leadership.
· Fluent in Arabic. Candidate with Arabic and average English is preferred.
· Computer knowledge
