Senior Maintenance Operation Manager

Job Purpose
The Maintenance Operation Senior Manager will be a part of the Corporate Maintenance team and will be responsible for ensuring implementation and execution of maintenance activities are carried out in alignment of the Corporate Maintenance Guidelines and KPIs.

Functional Accountabilities:

• Preparation of Maintenance Execution SOPs in alignment of Corporate Maintenance Guidelines and store operational requirements and update according to the feedback.
• Conduct SOP’s Improvement process and Identify opportunities for improving the efficiency of service delivery processes and/or methods.
• Prepare and review book of Knowledge (Lesson Learned) by tracking and recording Escalated, unique, and abnormal scenarios and situation along with their RCA, and to update SOPs accordingly.
• Monitor and Ensure all Internal and/or external (Service Providers, Contractors) maintenance Programs and activities are done as per the SLA and in compliance with department KPI and SOP’s.
• Align and Create Opex/Capex SOPs, Price List, Guidelines for Maintenance Related Project.
• Monitor, Control, track, and consolidate all annual approved Maintenance Opex/Capex budget with justification for changes.
• Review and Submit Full Opex/Capex SOW and budget request for upcoming year with analytical and technical justification.
• Ensure Petty Cash SOPs implemented with Cash Thresholds.
• Control, track, and consolidate patty cash utilization with justification. and approve on timely manners for reimbursement as per the SOPs.
• Monitor Maintenance execution KPIs, and Guide team to ensure operation continuity
• Predict, Prepare, Align, and Submit Contingency Action Plans requirements & SOPs for scenarios that results in HSE incident, or scenarios which impact and prevent continuity of store operation.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures concerning employment, compensation, HSE, and employee relations
• Document and report all Escalated Maintenance and HES related incidents and conduct corrective & preventive actions to avoid reoccurrence, and update SOPs accordingly.
• Align with the Operation Team as a partner to achieve the region targets and goals.
• Review, and Submit KPI Achievement Reports on timely manners, in addition Evaluate Area of Improvement and Deficiencies
• Ensure knowledge transfer and Assist in the development of adequate staffing and resources for areas of responsibility.
• Responsible for hiring, training, performance management and scheduling the staff needed to support assigned tasks.
• Set Annual goals, objectives, and priorities for the team.
• Proactively conducting an annual store Maintenance cost optimization.
• Conduct and Submit Timely Manner Audits and Walkthrough reports to ensure, integrity of Maintenance activities carried out by the teams.
• Monitor and Control Spare Part Utilization, investigating abnormal consumption, and alignment with Technical and Planning Team.
• Other duties as required to support the operation of organization.

Education
• Bachelor’s degree or Higher in Engineering field

• More than 8 years’ experience managing maintenance position

• Strong Resource Management and Multitasking Skill
• Excellent observation skills
• Capable of Understanding and interpreting different type of Engineering Drownings and Documents (technical sheets, electrical, civil and HVAC drawings)
• Working Knowledge of different MEP application typically found in FMCG
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, and Outlook, and ERP/CMMS.
• English and Arabic language (Written & Spoken)
