Job Description

Job Purpose

Assists in delivering talent management programs that focus on employees’ attraction, motivation, retention & engagement as well as employees career paths and development plans which drive positively employee and organizational performance.

 

Functional Accountabilities:

  • Support in all activities related to establishing and tracking metrics for talent programs to measure results. “Collects, analyzes, and evaluates data.”
  • Support in planning, developing, communicating, and executing the organizational talent development programs related to Career plans & Development, succession planning, employee engagement, and training across all levels.
  • Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners and Center of Expertise (e.g., Talent Acquisition, OD, L&D) to plan and execute talent strategies that meet ongoing and future business needs.
  • Supports in executing Employee Engagement Survey planning, process, and execution.
  • Provides support for developing, facilitating, and enhancing talent management presentations, templates, and materials for projects and programs.
  • Supports in developing & updating assessment tools for recruitment in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
  • Supports in Identifying the right assessment tools to be implemented and used for developing and promoting employees.
  • Ensures that all Departmental reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet Panda’s organizational requirements.
  • Collects, analyzes, and evaluates data related to establishing and tracking metrics for talent programs to measure results and take further decisions.

Skills

Education

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field
