Branch Supervisor.E - Commerce - Fulfillment Operations - West

·        Supervises and monitors duty schedule including timing and personal hygiene.

·        Executes the best utilization of pickers, admins, and drivers, follow pick-rate and on time handover and delivery.

·        Collaborates with store operations team for replenishment and availability.

·        Trains the team for the best follow of procedures.

·        Ensures delivering daily targets and KPIs

·        Ensure availability of assets and consumables ( bags , boxes, picking devices … )

·        Communicates with area operations lead on daily operations and needs.

·        Communicate with service desk for any escalations disrupting the operation

Qualifications

·         High school , College is a plus

·         Experience with leading a team of more than 10 employees.
