Job Purpose

 

Identify Panda brand position, and create insights driven marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategy to increase brand awareness and user acquisition. This position will work closely with regional marketing as well as other functions including Research and Insights, Shopper Marketing, and Digital Enagement to effectively execute campaigns through multiple marketing channels.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

Branding & Communication Planning and Execution

 

 

 

  • Implement of marketing and content strategies across channels, including but not limited to advertising programs, social media and sponsorships to incrase panda Awarness

 

 

  • Support in developing, launching and executing Brand Strategy, Persona & differentiated identity across all touch points

 

 

  • implement comprehensive communication strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities

 

 

  • Develop and curate tachitical campaigns that are based on insights dervied from the different departments.

 

 

  • Be the consumer champion in the communication process and ensure all communication briefs and equity building initiatives are rooted in strong consumer insights.

 

 

  • Qualify 100% of strategic thematic campaigns through a rigorous pre-launch process and sign off on insight driving initiative.

 

 

  • Lead creative ideation and in turn guide the agency with promotional events or activities.

 

 

  • Ensure the and document the swift delivery of on-going marketing and branding campaigns.

 

 

  • Ensure company is adhering to brand guidelines both visually and operationally, through educating and re-affirming brand architecture and guidelin.

 

 

  • Stay on top of performance across channels and adjust strategy and content in real time to ensure goals are met.

 

 

  • Define advertising objectives, recommend choice of media, and allocate internal and external resources so that advertising and promotion campaigns are effective, economical, and appropriate for their intended audience

 

 

  • Select and manage ongoing relationship with, external vendors and agencies (for example printers, graphic designers, advertising agencies, media outlets)

 

 

  • Assist Head of Brand and Insights in managing agency relationships.

 

 

 

Corporate Branding Integration

 

 

 

  • Play a key role in establishing Key Brand Guidelines across Corporate, PR and CSR activities

 

 

  • Rollout and manage Corporate branding and national campaigns to build/maintain corporate branding

 

 

  • Support Trade marketing activities with Innovative Concepts and Campaigns

 

 

  • Ensure a seamless Brand promise through omnichannel messaging, partnering with e-commerce, advertising, and CRM teams to drive unique and unified customer experiences

 

 

 

 

Insight & Research generation to aid decision making

 

 

 

  • Coordinate with the market research and analysis function to gather and analyse market data, such as (Retail audits, competitive atmosphere, market share, mystery shopping, customer attitudes, buying preference, etc) to drive new insights into marketing strategies and plans and to improve brand offerings

 

 

 

Generate reports, whitepapers, FAQs, Presentations, Intelligence, Studies, Analyses, Assessments, Indexes, summaries, recommendations, feasibility studies, meetings, meeting minutes, Briefs, Request For Proposals RFPs, Memo of Understanding MOUs, Marketing reports, summaries, business cases & financial reports.  Manage marketing building blocks, budgets, and plans effectively.

المهارات

Education

Bs Marketing, Engineering or Business Administration/Development. Masters is a good addition  Experience, Skills & Competencies

Brand Management, Research and Insights and Business, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Media planning, Emotional Intelligence, and Leadership.

 

  • 5+ years' experience in brand marketing and communications in competitive industries. Such as FMCG, retail Telecommunications and Tech.
  • Mastery in management of agencies relationships.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals and define KPIs for success
  • Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix and experience developing marketing strategies based on market segmentation
  • Proven track record of successfully managing brands with ensure the adherence of guidelines.
  • Deep level of understanding brief development and management
  • Exposure and deployment of brand definition and management frameworks.
  • Mastery in communication and brand visualization.
