Business Analyst

Functional Accountability:

§  Ensure accuracy of Data and appropriate source as per business accountability

• Collecting & Interpreting Data, Analyzing Results and Report to management and Stores.

§  Undertake analysis as and when required in a timely and accurate way enabling stores priorities to be set, monitored, communicated, and improved.

§  Ability to write comprehensive report, presentations and create dashboards

• Support stores and management with necessary information, data and analysis to support improving performance & Improvement.

• Support the development and implementation of Stores surveys and audits to perform reality checks and provide results for purpose of stores overall improvements.

• Develop, maintain and update KPIs definition cards

• Identify and analyze cross functional needs impacting store performance and set forward expectations in supporting stores to perform

• Maintain appropriate level of communication and engagement with Stores, supported by actively visiting stores to review, identify gaps and execute improvement cycles.

• In depth analysis of wastages and other losses and plan ways of elimination or reduction.

• Analyze and compare Stores End to End performance in order to come up with the best strategies to improve efficiencies taking into consideration internal and external interfaces.

•  Build patterns to ensure having more effective analysis that will improve In-store Performance

• Support capability building and knowledge transfer

§  Participates in related projects and performs other duties as assigned

• Take appropriate and periodic data backups to ensure on lose and data and information, including Processes and Standard Operating Procedures

Education, Experience, Skills & Competencies

·       BSc In Information System or Business Management

·       7 years of work experience in Data analysis, 5 years’ to be within an operational organization 

·       Good verbal and written English / Arabic

·       Working knowledge of applications, systems, and software packages

·       Strong analytical skills
