Job Purpose
Perform administrative support by performing office administration tasks related to SOL, providing training support, maintaining training database and reports, as well as ensuring compliance of company policies and procedures by SOL members and learners, to ensure smooth operations of Store of Learning
Job Responsibilities
1.Office Administration:
• Ensure Store of Learning facility is operating well by reporting and following up any maintenance and supplies issues to ensure the facility ready to be used for learning programs
2.Petty Cash:
• Process petty cash requests by recording expenses, getting the approval and ensure invoices signed by authorized manager, and submit to finance for processing to ensure compliance to company policy and procedures
3.Reports:
• Provide relevant training reports by tracking attendees, completion of programs and maintains training documentation based on regulations and company policy using the dashboard and templates, to update relevant stakeholders with the training progress, utilization of resources and performance evaluation
4.Training Support:
• Perform training support by managing the training room reservation, prepare the room for training, take photos during training, compile assessment results, printing certificates and support the delivery of company induction to ensure good learning experience for learners
5.Eltizam Web Manager:
• Maintain Eltizam record for all SOL members by checking and verify the record, follow-up to identify the reason for discrepancy (if any), before making any changes upon approval by respective manager, to ensure accuracy of Eltizam record
6.Purchase Request:
• Raise the request for the purchase of assets and expenses related to SOL, by raising the purchase request using falcon and follow-up with the necessary departments to ensure completion of purchase request processing
7.Policies and Procedures:
• Ensure implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of Store of Learning activity so that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers

Experience, Skills and Competencies
Minimum Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of overall working experience with at least 1 year experience in office administration
Job specific Skills:
• Intermediate level of MS Office package, particularly MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Words
