Job Purpose

The purpose of the job is maintaining daily compound operation, provide comfort service to residents and maintain Employee transport operation and provide adequate support to Regional Compound Manager.



Job Responsibilities



Functional Accountabilities
- Ensure the best possible services are provided to compound residents under his District by ensuring availability of essential materials. (soft, hard, cleaning materials)
- Ensure the best possible transport service to residents to drop and pick between work locations and compound under his district.
- Create welcoming and comfortable environment in compounds to ensure residents welfare.
- Ensure residents are accommdated with their same/ similar nationaly as per the availability of space under his district compounds.
- Maintain rooms to be occupaid as per the capacity and company standards.
- Manage and control operating cost and ensure proper utilization of resources as well as work on initiaves to imporve efficiency in utlization of resources.
- Maintain overall compound cleanness, hygiene and security standards and ensure that possible risk areas are identified within compound.
- Ensure company communication is posted and announced at compounds.
- Coordinate with maintenance department and work out to sesolve all issues in the compound.
- Deal with problems and queries whevever arise by the residents under his district compounds.
- Send the weekly and monthly reports such as receiving recap, head count, inventory and accommodation list send to Regional compound Manager.
- Visit the compound under his district as per set schedule and immediate on emergency cases.
- Check and ensure availability of water, utilities and validate fire extinguishers.
- Conduct physical inventory of scrap and unneeded items and forward list to the Regional compound for sell out.
- Ensure the compounds under his region are in line civil defense requirements.
- Communicate job accountabilities and job roles to the team.
- Ensure residents adherance to compound and company policy.
- Implement performance management system and conduct evalation for his team.

Education

Diploma in Hotal management / Diploma in business administration / Higher secondary school.


Experience, Skills & Competencies


- 2 year experience in compounds or hotel management.
- English and Arabic.
- Computer knowledge.
