Job Purpose
The purpose of this job is delivring the targeted sales and proftibality for each customer type( i.e Chairty ,Indvuidaul , Companies,etc..). Also,to manage the customers protoflio and ensure customers statifcation by implementing end to end processs.
Functional Accountabilities:
- Delivering the target sales for each segment .
- Managing GIFT-CARDS portfolio, by monitoring the responsible team, starting from receiving the request from the client, recharging them, then delivering the cards to the customers.
- Ensuring availability for GIFT-CARDS in the stores and doing the needed action with supply chain, finance and operations.
- Assisting managing multiple projects – prioritizing, planning and delegating appropriate tasks.
- Assisting to Implement system/process improvements in working with vendors on order management, vendor operations, and inventory management.
- Enhance the sales mix% out of company total sales to match the global benchmark percentage.
المهارات
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
Experience: +3 years of experience in Sales channels with good project management capabilities
Skills:
- Good analytical skills and high learning agility .
- Affinity to IT systems.
- Good leadership and influencing skills .
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong personal accountability and a willingness to engage others to ensure execution of the initiatives.
- Business Acumen to understand business strategy & ensure the analytics initiatives are achieving alignment .
- Language (Arabic/English).
