Gift Cards Channel Manager

Job Purpose

 The purpose of this job is delivring the targeted sales and proftibality for each customer type( i.e Chairty ,Indvuidaul , Companies,etc..). Also,to manage the customers protoflio and ensure customers statifcation by implementing end to end processs.

Functional Accountabilities:

• Delivering the target sales for each segment .
• Managing GIFT-CARDS portfolio, by monitoring the responsible team, starting from receiving the request from the client, recharging them, then delivering the cards to the customers.
• Ensuring availability for GIFT-CARDS in the stores and doing the needed action with supply chain, finance and operations.
• Assisting managing multiple projects – prioritizing, planning and delegating appropriate tasks.
• Assisting to Implement system/process improvements in working with vendors on order management, vendor operations, and inventory management.
• Enhance the sales mix% out of company total sales to match the global benchmark percentage.

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

Experience:  +3 years of experience in Sales channels with good  project management capabilities

• Strong personal accountability and a willingness to engage others to ensure execution of the initiatives.
