Job Purpose

Responsible for all government relations in regards with all operational licenses and issues.



Job Responsibilities


• Solving regulatory affairs related cases for stores / DC violations
• Renewal of regulatory affairs licenses, permits, registrations and certificates for the stores.
• Ensuring that penalties are negotiated effectively for minimum cost and paid.
• Solving issues with Saudi food & medicine authority
• Settling issues of Panda’s vehicles accidents.
• Issuing and renewing vehicles (ISTEMARAH) and Issuing vehicles number plates with traffic department
• Issuing and renewing vehicles weight documents (meezan cards) with ministry of transportation
• Renewal of non-Saudi employee’s iqama, work permit
• Issuing non-Saudi employees exit reentry visa
• Offering Support to GR team and all different departments in Panda.
• Follow up with concern department for pending issues

Education

High Secondary School certificate.


Experience, Skills & Competencies


• 2-3 years’ experience, at least 1(one ) year in Retail business.
• Knowledge of Government Relation environment
• Leadership.
• Fluent in Arabic. Candidate with Arabic and average English is preferred.
• Computer knowledge.
