HR Specialist

Job Purpose

HR Specialist is responsible for assisting HRBP in serving as the primary point of contact for employees and managers across all levels, managing a wide range of reporting and analytics, and providing HR guidance to the business in all HR related matters.

Functional Accountabilities

Talent and Staffing: Assists in identifying manpower requirements, and in talent acquisition and recruitment processes

Administration: Delivers a quality service in support of all aspects of the employees’ life cycle at the company starting from induction, probation signs off, and exit interviews.

Assists HRBP in serving as the primary point of contact for employees and managers across all levels

People Engagement: Supports HRBP in wide range of HR Initiatives, reporting and analytics related to people engagement

Performance Management: Ensures everyone has a clear KPI & Objectives, monitors performance management cycle for employees, and supports HRBP in dealing with grievances cases related to performance management

Talent Development: Work with functional head to identify training needs for is/her team, and monitor the implementation of training plans.

Supports the implementation of personal Development Plans for and exit plans for low performers as per policy

Case Management: Act as a mediator in any employee relation issues such as; disciplinary actions, investigations, etc

Education

MSc. Or BSc in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any related filed

Experience, Skills & Competencies

Minimum of 1 to 2 years of working experience in HR position with potential to grow
