الوصف الوظيفي

 

 

  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key suppliers and Panda.
  • Resolving key suppliers' issues and complaints.
  • Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
  • Anticipating key account changes and improvements.
  • Managing communications between key Suppliers and internal teams.
  • Strategic planning to improve suppliers results.
  • Negotiating with BU team contracts with the Key Suppliers and establishing a timeline of performance.
  • Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the supplier.
  • Working with category management team, Marketing , SC , Ops & Finance to ensure all supplier needs met based on company standards .
  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress with team members & stakeholders.
  • Meeting all suppliers needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.

المهارات

 

Experience, Skills & Competencies

  • Minimum of 4 to 5 years’ previous work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience; Commercial experience preferred
  • In-depth understanding of company key suppliers and their position in the market
