Legal Officer

• Prepares and edits contracts, contract acceptance forms attached to acceptable vendor contracts, and amendments from established formats and ensures that all required approvals are in place; ascertains the Contractor's type of business organization to determine the proper signature authority; approves low risk contracts, identifies key issues for legal review

• Drafting and reviewing, all types of Retail business contracts, supply agreements, MOUs, NDAs and legal notices relating to contractual relations, or as per Legal Advisor request.

• Reviews, prepares and edits leases (where Panda is either the tenant or the landlord), including amendments and modifications to such leases; and monitors such leases through a tracking system.

• Conducts research and keeps current on all rules and regulations by accessing statutes, legislative materials manuals and websites.

• Archiving and keeping certain types of contracts as per legal department policy.

• Submitting legal advice to all organization’s departments and sections.

• Assessing the risk in various legal agreements and minimizing the risk exposure.

• Collaborates in developing the existing templates and contracts.

Drafting legal memo(s), appeals  and requests to be submitted before courts

Experience, Skills & Competencies

Aware of KSA laws and Rules, customs & traditions

2-4 years working experience in corporate and business laws

Native Arabic language

Medium to advance English Language speaking, writing, reading, listening

Computer skills

Comfortable dealing with numbers

Communication skills

Ability to work solely and as a team-work member.
