Location Searcher

Functional Accountabilities:

1. Searching for all of the company’s Sites,
2. Grow and strenthining relationships with major business partners internally and externally.
3. Adhere to sites selections critria in alignment with the committee
4. Monitor, report , market and government regulations
5. Implement the Real State Plan in the CXR Project
6. Analysis the market needs, demand and, and competitor market to increase company opportunities to grow
7. Create & update potential locations database to improve new location searching process for stores, warehouses & admin offices.
8. Issuing periodic reports on the status of new sites and evaluation of existing.
9. Follow, excute the company strategy growth, new locations, relocations..etc.
10. Research, analyze the potinal sites locations for Stores, Offices, warehouses and Compounds
11. Responsible for Negotiating with property owners
12. ensure the technical specifications for equipment, power sources…etc on site are met
13. ensure compliance with health, safety and security requirements and undertake risk assessments
14. Setting the example for the ethics and values of the business and demonstrate cultural sensitivity with high personal visibility throughout the company.

Experience, Skills & Competencies

• Minimum 3 to 5 Years of hands-on experience preferably within a retail/commercial industry
• Minimum 3 years of similar position
• Good network in public and privet sectors
• Strong leadership skills, including negotiation
• Effective Communication Skills (English/Arabic)
• Effective IT tools (MS office)
