Job Purpose

Exercise control over organization's master data by executing creations & maintenance of relevant master data through the agreed guidelines and governance framework. Ensure that master data change requests are authorized, and that acceptable levels of master data quality are maintained to support the business goals and processes

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate the quality, security and maintenance of organization's master data following agreed guidelines and governance framework to centralize the creations & maintenance to be performed exclusively by Master Data Management team

• Maintain authority and control over organization's master data by executing creations and maintenance requests directly on Oracle Retail Merchandise Foundation Cloud Service to support key business areas

• Implement business data quality rules and perform data cleansing as per the business need to ensure acceptable levels of master data quality such as accuracy and completeness are continuously improved support the business processes

• Implements procedures related to collection and modification of master data through business alignment which support the master data governance and stewardship framework

• Monitor, report, and develop master data quality metrics through Business Intelligence systems for improvement opportunities and internal analysis

• Demonstrate solid knowledge of Oracle and Business Intelligence systems and the ability to execute required modifications on those system

• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and achieve desired results related to master data management

• Ensure all concerned stakeholders for any master data change requests are aligned and informed as required

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information System, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering is highly preferred

Experience, Skills & Competencies

• 0-2 experience with data administration or super user for master data
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Effective writing ability and interpersonal communication skills, strong customer focus
• Bilingual (Proficient in Arabic & English)
