Job Purpose

Special Project manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of a project that is aligned with the strategy, commitments and goals of Panda Retail Company. As well as to ensure that the projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.



Job Responsibilities


Functional Accountabilities:

Key outputs expected from the job, and specify the outpost required from the job, Identify all key outputs, Focus on result, timelines, distinct, measurable and specific to the job, Optimum 10 core accountabilities which between them define the key outputs of the job

Project manager responsibilities include:

1) Define project scope, goals, budget (if any), stakeholders and deliverables.
2) Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
3) Ensure project resource availability and allocation.
4) Deliver project on time within budget and scope.
5) Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
6) Track project deliverables & measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
7) Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs.
8) Report and escalate risks to management if needed.
9) Manage the alignments and relationships with the all stakeholders.
10) Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
11) Initiate Business Support project opportunities that will make a difference in cost efficiency , people development and engagement , & processes effectiveness.

Education

Bachelor Degree in relative field


Experience, Skills & Competencies


1. Five or more years of experience
2. Background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis – with an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks and being a team player that have a problem-solving ability.
3. Action oriented & drive for results
4. Critical thinking and problem solving
5. Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities
