Functional Accountabilities:

  • Managing all of the company’s lease contracts and relationship portfolios and act as a liason between Panda, the service providers and the landlords.
  • Ensure proper supervision is in place on all of the company’s sublease shops and spaces. This including esclating to the service providers and management concerns or direction.
  • Grow and strenthining relationships with major business partners such as developers, contractors and invistment houses for current and future plans.
  • Responsible for all rent expense of stores, warehouses and labor compounds to different types of landlords.
  • Responsible for Panda’s renewal contracts for all assigned property types.
  • Manage the rent expenses payments and ensure they are made within the agreed timeline and based on correct calculations.
  • Review all of the service providers invoices prior to finance payment processing.
  • Supervise the renewal of all lease contracts and ensure propoer system update for accurate reporting.
  • Ensure complete and proper documentation for all lease files and that it contains all required approvals as per the procedures and property management framework.
  • Review lease pricing and update price list based on scentific based approach
  • Ensure propor and early escalations in case of mispayments, contract breach or expiration to management and follow up with legal cases.
  • Report any urgent case or an incedent that is related to sublease contract that may affect the company financially or reputationaly.

Setting the example for the ethics and values of the business and demonstrate cultural sensitivity with high personal visibility throughout the company.

المهارات

Education

  • Bachelors in real estate, business, legal, management, finance and/or economics. (MBA or MS in Real Estate or Finance is advantage).

Experience, Skills & Competencies

  • Minimum 3  Years of hands-on experience preferably within a retail/commercial industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of similar position
  • Good network in public and privet sectors
  • Excellent contractual and legal knowledge.
  • Strong leadership skills, including negotiation
  • Effective Communication Skills (English/Arabic)
  • Effective IT tools (MS office)
