Job Purpose

Receive items, checking and recording at the warehouse in accordance with Panda receiving standard operating procedure.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive items to ensure on shelf availability.
• Receive booking schedule from receiving manager and receive items according to schedule
• Check that the delivery is according to SLA (palette standards…etc)
• Check the PO and match with invoices (Cost) and match with receiving authorization
• Check barcode and scan items, check costs, packing size, article number …etc
• Report any issue to receiving manager.

الغرض من الوظيفة

استلام البضائع والتحقق منها وتسجيلها في المستودع وفقًا لإجراءات التشغيل القياسية الخاصة ببنده.

مسؤوليات العمل

• تلقي العناصر لضمان توافر الرف.
• تلقي جدول استلام البضائع من مدير الاستلام وتلقي البضائع وفقا للجدول الزمني
• تأكد من أن التسليم يتم وفقًا لـ SLA (معايير اللوحة ... إلخ)
• التحقق من أمر الشراء ومطابقته مع الفواتير (التكلفة) ومطابقته مع إذن الاستلام
• التحقق من الرمز الشريطي ومسح العناصر ، والتحقق من التكاليف ، وحجم التعبئة ، ورقم المادة ... الخ
• الإبلاغ عن أي مشكلة لمدير الاستلام.

التعليم

الحد الأدنى من درجة الثانوية

الخبرة والمهارات والكفاءات

• 1-2 سنوات خبرة في إدارة البيع بالتجزئة
• اللغة الإنجليزية جيدة
• مهارات التواصل الجيد
