Manage and monitor office functionaries.



Job Responsibilities


• Welcome customers by greeting
• Deal with all enquiries in a professional and submissive manner, in person and on the telephone
• Receive incoming mail/correspondence, registration of such documents and re-directing in to the right employees
• Effectuate all reasonable requests from guests to insure their comfort, satisfaction and safety
• Conduct basic security checks throughout the day and report concern to the office service supervisor
• Action as first point of contact for guests and staffs
• Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
• Monitoring Logbook
• Issuing visitor staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment within the office.
• Make sure the office premise is clean.

Education

High school graduate with basic office skills
