Job Purpose
To maintain, develop and enhance the Talent Acquisition technical projects and applications by providing advices to system users and support the Human Resources team in order to to perform effectively and efficiently, the execution of all procedures within the set KPIs, agreed budgets and adopted policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities
Information Systems Support:
- Understand the Human Resources, Recruitment systems and any Human Resources modules to support and enhance such systems
- Contribute in the implementation of new system’s functionality and monitor data integrity in collaboration with the Information Systems Department
- Provide system administration support to ensure that the system is running at optimum capacity
- Participate in applications updating and upgrading to ensure that changes required are in place
HR Operations Support:
- Manage and set priorities for the design, maintenance, development, and evaluation of the Career Portal and Recruitment system
- Participate in reviewing feasibility studies with the Information Systems Department for various Human Resources upgrade projects and improvements
- Support users with technical queries, provide answers, obtain solutions and troubleshoot any reported problems from Human Resources or other Business Functions
Policies, Processes and Procedures:
- Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes taking into account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement
Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent is required
Experience, Skills & Competencies
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in HR Technology Management
- Ability to influence internal clients/hiring teams on system-related decisions
- Personable, high energy individual that is passionate about HR & systems
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Data analytics, Problem solving and presentation skills
- Experience with HR and HR-related communication is an advantage
- Experience within a Retail/FMCG setting is preferred
