RTV Clerk.Administration - Dammam DC (1)

Summary:
The RTV Clerk will be responsible for handling the Return to Vendor (RTV) process at the Dammam Distribution Center (DC) within the Administration department.

Job Responsibility:
- Process and manage all Return to Vendor (RTV) requests efficiently and accurately.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth processing of returns.
- Maintain accurate records of all RTV transactions and update databases accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding returns.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding return processes and requirements.
- Assist in inventory management related to returned items.

Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role, particularly in handling RTV processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various departments.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications and relevant software for database management.
