Job Purpose
Minimize stock loss, and ensure that customer feel safe while shopping
Job Responsibilities
• Ensure Safety and minimum stock loss
• Watch customers while shopping (especially children) to monitor consumption of products and inform their parents politely to pay for the items
• Monitor customers while shopping to spot shoplifting
• Deal with shoplifting cases, search the customer if needed and fill in the report
• In some cases, investigate, fill in the forms and take action as per policy and communication to police if needed
• Check all employees as they leave to monitor payments of any items bought and that the right product is paid for to minimize employee theft
• Inform cashiers of items at bottom of trolleys are paid for
• Monitor cashier scanning, theft and any other suspicious practices and report to supervisor to investigate and fill in the theft report
• Check received items number pallets, and that the truck is sealed
• Check rubbish as it goes out from the backroom
• Ensure the backdoors are locked at all times
• Maintain visibility at all times to help customers feel secure while shopping
• In case of any emergencies, manage the crowd and lead customers to exists
• Observe any safety risks while walking the floor
• Implement policy and company plans as requested Carry out all civil works issues with compound landlords.
