Job Purpose
Responsible for Sourcing, pipeline, and recruit the best candidates as per the approved manpower plan locally and internationally in line with the recruitment guidelines to brand Panda as ‘’Employer of Choice’’ and to ensure business sustainability.
Functional Accountabilities:
- Manage, Plan, monitor and drive the recruitment plans on the assigned manpower plan.
- Maximize the service level of providing the right candidate by understanding the manpower requirements and providing timely services.
- Implement and execute the full recruitment cycle through complying and adhering to company policies and procedures in recruitment and selection to ensure fulfilling the required number of vacancies to meet standards of quality performance
- Partner with Hiring Managers & HRBP to get a clear view on their strategic and hiring needs
- Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications
- Design and manage the market map for the critical position
- Manage to identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
- Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion
- Manage and Follow up for the candidate’s transition and On-Boarding process with the On-Boarding process team to ensure employee retention and to enhance Panda's image ‘’Employer of Choice’’.
- Ensure continuous communication & Regular follow-up with all candidates throughout the process to enhance Panda’s candidate journey.
- Maximize the candidates’ flow on Panda career page through job posting in order to fulfill the business with the required manpower.
- Manage and Implement the internal job posting process including posting, candidates screening, interviews, and offering to ensure the quality of the selection criteria as per the internal post guidelines.
- Manage and participate in recruitment events agenda in order to brand Panda as employee of choice and to fulfill the business with the required manpower.
- Lead and participate in the local & international hiring campaigns and job fairs and ensure that all the process tasks are implemented correctly in order to meet the target of the campaign of filling the vacant positions with the targeted quality and budget.
- Ensure proper implementation of the applications database in order to gather potential candidates for prospective positions in the future.
- Manage & maintain an accurate report of recruitment progress updates and the Human Capital analytics
المهارات
Education
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or relevant major
Experience, Skills & Competencies
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Ability to influence internal clients/hiring teams on staffing-related decisions
- Experience of selection techniques including competency based interview.
- Personable, high energy individual that is passionate about recruitment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Effective negotiation skills
- Strong coumputer skills
- Very Good Knowledge with Microsoft Office
- Data analytics, Problem solving and presentation skills
Experience within a Retail/FMCG setting is preferred
