Technician - East

Job Purpose:
To carry out faultfinding, repair, maintain and install works of air conditioning and refrigeration units as directed and planned by the line manager.

Functional Accountabilities:

Customer / Client
• Hypermarket, Supermarket, Panda staff compounds, offices,

Internal Processes (Productivity / Quality / Compliance / Performance)

• Attend all maintenance requests assigned as per the line manager assignment according to the given SLA
• Knowledge of commercial refrigeration centralized systems applications and their components.
• Knowledge of centralized AC package units’ systems and their components.
• Ability to troubleshoot and determines the cause of the fault in the system either in the refrigeration system or HVAC system.
• Ability to order the required spare parts for a certain job and execute the repair.
• Ability to work with a team under pressure and for long hours.
• Ability to read drawings either piping or electrical wiring diagrams.
• Awareness of safety procedures and hygiene requirements, especially during PM works for refrigeration equipment.
• Good knowledge of maintaining and overhauling compressors (mechanical overhauling)
• Ability to use Copper and Alloy Brazing /welding.
• Ability to reprocess HVAC and refrigeration system

Education
• High school or diploma in refrigeration systems and/or HVAC.

Experience, Skills & Competencies

• English and Arabic if possible
• Valid Saudi Driving license
• Computer skills (word processing, outlook, and spreadsheets)
• Must have the ability to work effectively using maintenance agreed and known processes.
• High troubleshooting skills.

• 3 years experience in servicing and Maintenance of refrigeration and HVAC systems.
