Job Purpose
Mix and bake ingredients to produce breads, rolls, cookies, cakes, pies, pastries, or other baked goods.
Job Responsibilities
• Organize and stock received items in backroom
• Bake products as per standard
• Set oven temperatures and place items into hot ovens for baking
• Prepares products as per company approved recipe
• Reports any requirements or shortages to reorder
• Monitor product movement and ensure product is available on display
• Display prepared products in an attractive and organized way
• Monitors product rotation and implement FIFO
• Cleans working area and all equipment, removes garbage and sanitizes before and after work to ensure hygiene standards
• Knows all bakery equipment and how to use
• Knows how to prepare the main items in bakery with their recipes
• Knows the main product categories in bakery with PLU numbers
• Knows the proper procedure for storing
• Knows the temperature for freezers and how to check
• Monitors display levels and sort out the poor quality
• Shows ability in merchandizing bakery items
• Shows ability to wrap, bag and label items
• Implement food safety and hygiene
• Applies health and safe working practice

Education
Minimum of High School’s degree
Experience, Skills and Competencies
• 1 years of experience in Bakery Production field
• Good Customer Service skill
• Good Communication Skills
