Job Description
Job Purpose:
Assist the baker in Production and product preparation as per company standards and serve Customers.
Functional Accountabilities:
Follow the contract procedures in transferring ingredients from other sections
Operate the oven
Prepare the dough and other ingredients, bake as per customer order
Prepare products for display
Receives feedback from customers and changes production as required
Control Waste: A
Ensure productivity by achieving standard production targets for a defined quantity
Minimizes waste
Ensure Products are on display
Monitor items movement and reports shortages to reorder
Implement the hygiene standards at the level of product handling and implementation:
Ensure area/section is clear at all times
Ensure all hygiene requirements are met
Offer friendly and knowledgeable courteous service to all customers regardless of race nationality and gender
Deal with customer requests and requirements
Product preparation for customers
Packaging and pricing items for customer
Skills
Education
Basic literacy with a minimum of 1years’ experience in bakery
