Job Purpose
HR Administrators help to help answer employee questions to preparing HR documents, to updating personnel records. They are vital team members working to make sure all aspects of the HR department run smoothly.
Functional Accountabilities:
- Manages the admin help desk operation.
- Ensure admin services (including admin, payments, and government services, medical) are provided to employees through a one-stop Help Desk contact point.
- Maintaining physical personnel records for HQ
- All official documentation and attestations from the government office.
- Update internal databases
- Distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
- Gather payroll data like bank accounts
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics
- Respond to employees’ questions about their benefits
- Prepare HR letters
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)
- Arrange all travel requests
- Employee card access management
- Attendance Management System
- Facilitate COC attestation requests.
- Conducts background checks and employment eligibility verifications.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs, including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave, disciplinary matters.
- Travel Processing (Business, Vacation, and off-boarding)
- Leave Management (Leave processing, cancellation, and encashments)
- Prepare HR Letters
- Support employees’ queries about HR administration related issues and services.
- Participate in department projects,
- Support the development and implementation of HR Initiatives and systems.
- Provide feedback on policies and procedures.
- Promote engagement, diversity and inclusion as part of the culture of the organization
Skills
Education
BS in HR, business administration or higher qualification
2 - 3 years of Experience in employee relations.
Experience, Skills & Competencies
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
- Experiences with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
