Job Purpose

To support the IT part of supply chain and fulfill the gap between supply chain and IT department. Help supply chain in reporting and analysis on its day to day activities.



Job Responsibilities

1. Design and initiate the IT infrastructure for supply chain data
2. Develop and design all the needed supply chain reports and dashboards
3. Documenting all report and dashboard equations and calculation
4. Analyse data to identify problematic areas
5. Track KPIs and report on supply chain’s performance
6. Ensure the centralisation of reporting where all the supply chain function required reports are generated with supply chain analytics
7. Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems
8. Ensuring data accuracy and validity

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or Industrial engineering.


Experience, Skills & Competencies


• 5-7 years related experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functionally.
• Analytical and organisational skills.
• Details oriented & extreme accuracy is needed.
• Exceptional problem solving skills, a process-driven mentality.
• A strong IT background
• Strong, demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP
• Language (Arabic/English)
