Job Description
Assist Category Manager in negotiations of the annual supply agreements with the vendors as per the company guidelines.
Assists in managing product categories in line with sales budget and forecast by recommending the selection of products for his category and plans to drive category profitability
Assists the category manager in negotiating and administrating the cost and retail prices setting (Product Margin).
Assists the category manager in managing the total commercial margin by negotiating/follow-up the deals with the vendors and ensure the implementation.
Assists in managing vendor relations by providing feedback to vendors about performance and future opportunities.
Suggests/negotiates the promotional offers and completes the formalities of the promo plan.
