Job Purpose

A strong communicator who is able to manage organizational change, plan, and implement communication materials internally to support organizational transformation initiatives which will impact our people, process and systems.



Job Responsibilities


• Implement integrated communication plans for transformational initiatives and assist in building and implementing communications that inspire and connect employees about business priorities and culture initiatives.
• Assist in managing the design and implementation of the employee engagement surveys to identify organizational cultural issues across the business and implement a series of initiatives to reduce the cultural gap.
• Create inspiring, positive, and engaging storytelling content for a variety of employee audiences to inspire and change employees’ attitude.
• Develop feedback mechanisms to assess employee’s awareness, engagement level, and effectiveness of the communication delivered.
• Stay updated on latest communication tools, employee engagement initiatives, and organizational culture trends and leveraging best practices.
• Participate in recognized international and local awards and work on preparing all required materials with stakeholders.
• Produce regular news & update through digital newsletter and any other mediums.
• Assist employee engagement team in implementing other cultural programs and initiatives.

Skills

Education

BA/BS degree in communications, English, public relations, marketing or journalism


Experience, Skills & Competencies


• Minimum of five years’ experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or marketing field with a focus on internal communications and employee engagement
• Exceptional communication skills (Arabic & English)
• Creative problem-solver and analytical skills.
• Time and task management skills
• Positive Attitude
• Strong storytelling
• Detail-oriented and multitasking skill
• Experience in developing internal Communication Plans & campaigns
• Experience in implementing change Management Plans and activities
