Job Purpose: 

Responsible for analyzing Quality output & presenting the dashboard for Executive level & Ops Teams.

Managing SOP & documentation process related to QC and NPI department.

Managing multiple programs to comply with regulatory authorities’ instructions & company internal standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits part of the NPI onboarding supplier assessment program for PL products to ensure supplier compliance.

• Coordinate the workflow of sensory testing with 3rd party and assuring the reliability and consistency of result to be shared with management team.

• Maintaining and governing the NPI process documentation, flowchart, SOP, and forms.

Quality Assurance

• Developing the Vendor Audit Program for private label (Food & Non-Food Vendors) and manage their compliance on annual basis, to ensure reliability of vendor QMS.

• Mange and coordinate 3rd party lab testing and ensuring the Microbiological & Chemical testing plan for Private Label products are compliant with standards and regulation ensuring food safety on a regular basis.

• Developing and documenting Private Label Total Quality Plan part of the vendor agreement, to ensure that products are complaint with all new and updated regulatory standards and specifications.

• Ensuring Panda adherence and compliance to new or updated quality and regulatory standard by communicating and set an action plan with concerned department to act accordingly.

• Responsible of consolidating all QC monthly data and generate dashboard and trend analysis to be shared with head of NPI & QC part for management review.

• Handling the Non conformity system in order to document, track, and escalate critical quality issues that may cause risk to the business by identifying the root-causes and addressing the right CAPAs.

Maintain effective documentation processes:

• Establish Standard QA Procedures (SOP’s) related to NPI and QC department to comply with regulatory and company needs.

• Manage a complete database of QC projects for PL suppliers (Food / Non-Food) to maintain Supplier Audit Program and ongoing projects.

Education:

Bachelor / master’s degree in food technology, Veterinary medicine, Microbiology or Biotechnology.

Experience, Skills & Competencies:

• 3- 5 years of experience with (3) years at an auditor position.

• Knowledge of local and international food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, AIB, BRC) and Saudi regulatory authorities’ standard requirements.

• Have experience in different fields of food safety & hygiene (Manufacturing, Retail or Hospitality).

• Have knowledge and experience in managing food safety systems, quality management systems, auditing and inspection techniques, staff management.

• Leadership, developing others, Emphasizing on Excellence, Attention to Details, Thoroughness & Dealing with Complexity.

• Ability to identify and set priorities, plan, and effectively allocate appropriate resources.

• Ability to work well under pressure.
