Job Purpose

Stay close and capture Heart and mind of our Clients ( Existing & Retrieve & New ) . , uses a mix of technology and personalization to enhance the shopping experience in open sell environment through Beloved , friendly and Trusted advice in order to build to be strategic partnerships that create incremental value for our Clients.

Job Responsibilities

Sales Representative:
• Sell wide range of beauty, personal care and Baby care products
• Suggesting products that address clients’ needs and providing product details like Price, ingredients and discounts.
Innovations:
• Special Focus on new innovations and new launches
Main Goal:
• Meet sales goals
• proper quantity planning and pro-active price management for his/her sub-category.
Customer Service:
•Solid customer service skills with a positive attitude
• Problem Solving
• Maximize Shopping experience
• Build long term relationship with our consumers .
Display:
• Ensure Display
• Ensure Planogram
• Ensure testers.
Activation:
• In Store activity and ensure implementation
Promotion:
• Aware for all promoted items and how to communicate the offer, cross sale and upsale
Assistance:
• Assist the Category Manager in updating & defining the range through give market and consumer insight
• Implement agreed sales prices after Price change
Stock and safety:
• Ensures regularly the stock levels and stock availability.
• minimize stock error
• Cycle Count
DSD Orders:
• Receiving the orders and ensure NO DAMAGE + RIGHT QTY

Education

Diploma or High School

Experience, Skills & Competencies

• Experience 1-2 years.
• Additional education in Cosmetology or relevant field is a plus.
• Solid Customer Service Skills.
• Positive altitude.
• Ability to perform well under stressful situations (e.g. during peak hours).
