Job Purpose

Maintain a good understanding of the region and customers expectations; demonstrating customer-centric behavior and upholding high service standards and best practices across the region.



Job Responsibilities

Direct all operational aspects

• Maintenance – execute planed preventive actions, conduct spot check, ensure all escalated tasks completed, Monitor third party services
• Procurement – Validate vendor capacity and service, recommend suitable supplier out of the supplier portfolio
• HR Admin and service – Ensure task are completed in time frame for HR admin activities such as(identification letter, salary letter, print new ID, issue medical insurance card)
• Local recruitment – Maximum the service level of providing right candidates, Screening CV’s as per job descriptions, Ensure the seasonal employees provided as per requirements for level 1 and level 2
• Compound and Employee transportation – Manage the compound portfolio for the responsible region to ensure the facilities are provided to employee in correct manner, proper utilization of manpower and control of compound expenses in alignment with property team strategy, Monitor transportation costs, ensure vehicles are compliance with company policies and government transportation regulations
• Security – Execute the plan, regular meeting with security. Discuss with store managers and evaluate the performance
• Regulatory affairs – Monitor employee transaction and payment such as Iqama issuance, renewal, re-entry. Monitor governmental permits and licenses for any needed area as well as company vehicles
• Real Estate – Manage Panda’s regional properties ensuring alignment with HQ property strategy. Support new site search and recommendations
• Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans

• Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
• Manage branch’s team development by providing training, coaching, development plans
• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
• Apply best practices from different branches to ensure effectiveness

• Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
• Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company

Bachelor Degree

Experience, Skills and Competencies


• 5 -7 Years experience in Business management
• Advance level on Microsoft Office skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make decisions in the best interest of the company
• Ability to work and travel across the region
