1. •       Supervises and monitors duty schedule including timing and personal hygiene.

2.•        Executes the best utilization of pickers

3.•        Collaborates with store operations team for replenishment and availability.

4.•        Trains the team for the best follow of procedures.

5.•        Ensures delivering daily targets and KPIs

6.•        Ensure availability of assets and consumables ( bags , boxes, picking devices … )

7.•        Communicates with area operations lead on daily operations and needs.

• Retail background is Mandatory
• online shopping is a big plus
• English is mandatory
• Arabic is a plus
• MS office experience
• strong personality
• analysis skills
