Capacity Planning Analyst

Functional Accountabilities:

•  Analyze current Manpower by region/ store/ section / role, and forecast future needs
• Analyze workload for all in-store section to identify optimum needs for In-stores capacity
•  Capture Skills & Competences for stores positions and put together plans for fulfilling the gaps or improve in coordination with stores management and SOL.
•  Ensure and maintain updated Job descriptions for Stores Potions   
• Oversee the review and improvement of in-store Processes & SOPs for capacities and scheduling
• Analyze methods to Improve Diversity with cost elements and regulation into consideration.
• Perform reviews across stores to identify common grounds and capture knowledge transfer and experience opportunities to optimization capacity effectiveness and imbed new learnings.
•   Actively visiting stores to review, identify improvements and follow for implementation 
•  Ability to use tools & models to perform needed tasks by using different apps and systems  
•   Data gathering and consolidation.
•  Be cost minded and keeping customer experience in mind on analysis and improvements analysis and implementations.

·       Ability to write comprehensive report, presentations and create dashboards

•  Measure the impact of Capacity Planning and Scheduling in meeting the desired results from multiple dimensions and cross functional.
•  Participates in related projects and performs other duties as assigned
• Improve communication and engagement across retail stores and operations.

 Education

•  BSc In Operations, Industrial Engineering, Information System or Business Management
•  7 years of work experience in Operations or Operations analysis
•  Good verbal and written English / Arabic
• Working knowledge of systems and software packages
