Functional Accountabilities:
financial / Monetary: (Revenue / Cost)
Customer / Client
Hypermarket, Supermarket, Panda, staff compounds, offices.
Internal Processes (Productivity / Quality / Compliance / Performance)
Attend all maintenance requests assigned as per the line manager assignment according to the given SLA.
Knowledge of piping mechanisms and water pumping motors components.
Capable to replace broken tiles in stores in professional standard.
Capable to do fitting and replacements of pipes and make necessary water insulation works.
Awareness of safety procedures and hygiene requirements within the workplace.
Ability to change the toilet fixtures in professional way.
Ability to repair cracks and do the proper plastering and paint according to standards.
Ability to locate drainage blockages and use proper tools to unblock.
Ability to resolve carpenter jobs when needed.
Ability to reading the civil layout.
Knowledge of standard method and safety.
Skills
Education
· 3 years’ experience in servicing and Maintenance civil works
· Diploma in civil or mechanical engineering.
Experience, Skills & Competencies
· English and Arabic if possible
· Valid Saudi Driving license
· Computer skills (word processing, outlook, and spreadsheets) advantage
· Must have the ability to work effectively using different civil tools
· Trouble shooting skills
· Work with team
· Ready to work 24/7 when needed
