Commercial Excellence Specialist

Job Purpose:

Coordinating and assisting in commercial transformation and supplier engagement toward to have better governance and control over all Commercial Functions activities : P&P, RACI, Business Posses and cross functional SLAs.

Main Accountabilities:

• Develop and implement commercial excellence initiatives to ensure improved business performance, operational efficiency, and supplier collaboration.
• Coordinate commercial transformation projects to ensure alignment with company objectives and consistent execution across business units.
• Analyze sales, supplier performance, and commercial data to identify improvement opportunities and support data-driven decision-making.
• Facilitate supplier engagement programs and performance reviews to ensure enhanced collaboration, compliance, and mutual business growth.
• Monitor and track execution of commercial improvement plans to ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and process standardization.
• Collaborate with category management, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure integrated commercial planning and alignment with S&OP cycles.
• Support the design and deployment of commercial tools, scorecards, and dashboards to ensure visibility and transparency in supplier and category performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation and process standards to ensure sustainability and scalability of commercial excellence initiatives.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and accountability to ensure consistent delivery of strategic and financial outcomes.

• Analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong business writing. 
• Strong, demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Language (Arabic/English)
• Engineering Degree or Management information
