Job Purpose

Coordinating and assisting in commercial transformation and supplier engagement toward to have better governance and control over all Commercial Functions activities : P&P, RACI, Business Posses and cross functional SLAs.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with all Commercial Leaders to develop and update all commercial P&P, Business Processes, KPIs, RACI, according to agreed plan to provide more governance and control to commercial activities done by the team

• Coordinate with related parties to develop and monitor dashboards that ensure proper implementation of above-mentioned documents and report exceptions / violations.

• Coordinate having functional awareness session as planned to increase awareness about approved documents, or documented to be created soon

• Participate in business related meeting as requested

• Monitor and report all internal commercial projects / initiatives as requested.

• Develop supporting analysis or business cases where a new process need to be developed or to measure the impact of having the current processes in place

• Circulate periodic communication about documentation progress to increase visibility about progress and raise flag for early alarming that might impact delivery of the plans.

Education

Bachelor Degree in Industrial engineer or management information system.   

Experience, Skills & Competencies

• 0-1 years related experience.
• Analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong business writing.
• Strong, demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Language (Arabic/English)
