Job Description

Job Purpose

A strong Dynamic communicator who is passionate about people able to implement dynamic internal campaigns and community of social collaboration and engagement that embed and promotes our culture.

 

Functional Accountabilities

  • Lead the Implementation of Panda’s employee privilege (Imtiyazat) programs
  • Lead and manage multiple sport activities across the regionsto promote a well-being culture.
  • Work across functional to ensure engagement issues are identified, addressed, and resolved.
  • Facilitate the programs/actions needed to communicate and engage all employees with Panda vision, Mission, values, and code of conduct.
  • Assist HR and other functionsto develop engaging communications and in launching employer brand campaigns to promote employee experience and our internal culture to attract top talent to the organization.
  • Manage and execute the annual strategy offsite corporate event to foster a better engaged workplace culture.
  • Lead & Execute corporate social events and internal engagement initiatives during the international noticeable days.
  • Create inspiring, positive, and engaging storytelling content for a variety of employee audiences.
  • Improves candidate’s journey and experience through promoting a positive well-engaged culture.
  • Ensure employees are motivated and engaged through effective communication and activities.
  • Work across functional to ensure engagement issues are identified, addressed, and resolved.
  • Support other communication team in developing comprehensive communication plans, reviewing, suggesting and recommending content to ensure consistency and efficiency in all communications.
  • Produce content for career page, company website, and recruitment events.
  • Establish and updating Panda’s internal brand assets and library.

Skills

Education

Bachelor degree in communications, English, public relations, marketing or journalism

 

Experience, Skills & Competencies

  • 4+ years’ experience in communications, or marketing field
  • Communication skills (Arabic & English)
  • Creative problem-solver.
  • Time and task management skills
  • Positive and proactive Attitude
  • Strong storytelling
  • Detail-oriented and multitasking skill
  • Able to work effectively and productively with internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
  • Good team player
