Job Purpose: 

• To ensure that loss prevention and security activities are carried out in the DC, all entrances/Exits are managed and that all access are controlled to reduce loss to the company and making it a safe environment for staff and visitors.

• Ensure the safety measurements are in place with no violation.

• Ensure the company property are safe and no risks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Control, secure and inspect the access in all the distribution center

• To ensure that all Panda assets is protected and managed in line with company policies

• Ensure that the 3PL security contractors are providing the agreed contract services

• Ensure CCTV operators are monitoring the camera system and report all the incident to the DC management on daily basis

• Ensure that all CCTV camera functioning 24/7 with no failure

• Following the set guidelines to ensure proper investigations are carried for stock loss

• Ensure and managing the scrap selling as per policy and procedure

• Investigate and report all DC incidents to the DCM as of immediately and share the final reports with conclusions.

• Ensure all the DC members are obeying to the safety measurements

• Manage, train all security staff in the Distribution Center to all the guidelines and policies and making sure that all staff are discipline

Experience, Skills & Competencies:

• 5 years of experience in large organization

• Experience with the police and army preferable

• Strong with matured people management skills

• Cross Functional collaboration skills

• Mid level English language

• Investigation skills

• Civil Defense background

• CPR

• Fire fighting
