Job Purpose
'Ensure all company facilities within the area are maintained as per maintenance standards, by managing the team according to regional manager instruction and Co. standards and regulations.
Key Accountabilities
- Organize maintenance operations for all facilities in the district to ensure compliance with Panda Retail Company standards, achieving operational efficiency and minimizing downtime.
- Lead the maintenance team to implement directives from the Regional Maintenance Manager, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to company procedures.
- Design and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities to reduce breakdowns and extend asset lifespan.
- Inspect facility conditions regularly to identify maintenance needs and implement corrective actions, ensuring safe and fully functional stores.
- Manage coordination with contractors and vendors to execute maintenance projects, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to timelines.
- Provide maintenance performance reports to the Regional Maintenance Manager to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in all maintenance activities to protect staff, customers, and assets.
- Optimize maintenance budget and resources to control costs while maintaining high standards of facility upkeep.
Skills Description
Qualifications
Bachelor or High diploma in electrical or Mechanical
Experience
3-5 years’ experience in Maintenance, either HVAC, Refrigeration, electrical or/and civil
Key Competencies
- Technical report writing skill,
- Valid Saudi Driving license
- Computer skills (word processing, outlook, and spreadsheets)
- Team management and control skill
- Trouble shooting skills
- Excellent observation skills
