District Maintenance Manager.Maintenance - East - Hassa 1

Job Purpose:

​​Ensure all company facilities within the area are maintained as per maintenance standards, by managing the team according to regional manager instruction and Co. standards and regulations.​

Key Accountabilities :

• Maintenance Operations: Manage all preventive and corrective maintenance activities across assigned stores.
• Team & Contractor Management: Supervise technicians and contractors and monitor their performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contracts.
• Asset Reliability: Ensure critical equipment availability, investigate recurring failures, and coordinate RCA and corrective actions.
• CMMS Management: Monitor work orders, response times, closures, overdue tickets, and maintenance history.
• Emergency Management: Lead the response and escalation of critical breakdowns affecting store operations.
• Budget Control: Monitor maintenance costs, quotations, PRs/POs, and ensure activities remain within the approved budget.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure maintenance activities comply with company standards, Civil Defense, HSE, and applicable regulations.
• Projects & Warranty: Support new stores, renovations, asset replacements, handovers, and warranty issues.
• Reporting & KPIs: Track maintenance performance, PPM compliance, uptime, repeat failures, costs, and contractor performance.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Finance, Projects, HSE, QA, suppliers, and contractors.

Overall responsibility: Ensure safe, reliable, compliant, and cost-effective maintenance of all assigned stores while achieving agreed KPIs, SLAs, and asset availability targets.

Experience:
​​
3-5 years’ experience in Maintenance, either HVAC, Refrigeration, electrical or/and civil.

Qualifications :

​​High diploma in electrical or Mechanical​​
