Job Description
Job Purpose:
Directs and manages the responsibility for general building management, industrial refrigeration, contracts, and project management. Ensuring that the building meets the requirements of all the people working there.
Functional Accountabilities:
• Consumables record keeping, consumption, control, equipment (MHE, Office appliances). Health and safety and environmental (HSE), Personal protective equipment (PPE), warehouse movable asset management (WMA).
• Ensure accurate and consistent records keeping by the facility team
• Record keeping of Special vendor's WMA and billing.
• Maintaining Roll cages, crates, and totes washing machine utilization.
• Suppling all WMA to the operations teams in a consistent and timely manner.
• Reviewing and monitoring performances of all external contractors
• Working with GR and government agencies to ensure the building is regulated as per the law
• Close coordination with the Corporate Purchase team to ensure all POs are executed in a timely manner
• Initiating cost-cutting initiatives to minimize expenses.
Skills
Education
• Graduate in electro-mechanical or civil engineering.
Experience, Skills & Competencies:
• 7 years of experience in large industrial and refrigeration operations
