Fleet Cost Controller

Job Purpose
Efficient control and monitoring of the Fleet and 3PL spending. Effectively communicating and reporting the Spending Performance on a regular basis. Assuring to clean all pending payments and spending. Accountable for all Fleet PRs.

Job Accountabilities:

• Prepare & Monitor daily/weekly/monthly reports of finance, inspection, utilization, & shipment status.
• Accountable to monitor the trip allowance, incentive scheme, & Overtime, and assure to apply the same in all DCs.
• Prepare monthly trip allowance and incentive scheme for all DCs and CBs.
• Assure that all DCs Financial Spending standards are followed.
• Accountable to create and monitor all PRs and assure that all PRs are within the budget.
• Assosiate the Fleet Management for the annual budget planning.
• Control all petty cash for all DCs and CBs with all Operation Managers and be accountable for the cash monthly closing.
• Accountable to monitor and control transportation spending like Government Fees, and keeping an eye on Fleet Financial KPIs.
• Accountable to create the driver’s clearance in case of vacation or final leave.
• Accountable to monitor and update the file for out-of-operation trucks.
• Accountable to prepare the contracts with 3PL and assure to act accordingly.
• Monitor the budget of Transportation expenses by reviewing all spending & Outsource Transporter’s invoices, comparing them to actual, & follow up in the event of any delay or cases to ensure meeting Panda’s Financial targets.

Education
•Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or equivalent.

Experience, Skills & Competencies
• 1 to 4 Years Experience
