Job Purpose
Assuring up-to-date fleet data by maintaining and monitoring all fleet systems and ensuring regular data updates. Ensure to provide all required reports like planning, routing optimization, orders scheduled. Monitor all system security files for users and activities. Assure all systems are integrated together with no technical issues.
Functional Accountabilities:
• Monitor & maintain the system data including record all fleet data through all fleet systems like TMS, GPS, WMS, YMS, Maintenance System to ensure the fleet has accurate data.
• Ensure that WMS, GPS, and TMS users on all levels are following the instructions and providing in-house technical end-user training to maintain a high-security profile.
• Manage, resolve, & keep log-book system issues for all systems in place (TMS, WMS, GPS), report incidents to IT Team, and follow up to assure resolving.
• Monitor the Transportation & shipping dock activities (inbound & outbound) and provide related reports and analysis to improve operational performance and enhance delivery activities.
• Ensure to successfully uploading Orders Schedule and subsequent to TMS, and provide compliance reports according to agreed SLA (Fluctuation tolerance, delivery dates, frequency, etc...) and communicate with Order Planning Team for uploading the schedule to provide best customer satisfaction.
• Accountable to inform the Fleet Admin Team of any system issue through following the incident process to ensure all systems are up and running.
• Develop regular reports of Forecasted vs Actual demand, Routing Optimization, and Fleet Adherence to ensure following the agreed SLAs & high responsiveness.
• Responsible to upload any new data to the system like new or transferred driver or truck and inform the team for any changes.
• Assure to have smooth planning for routing and driver assigning on daily basis and assure system reflection.
• Assist the Fleet Management with any reports needed or any obstacle related to the systems.
• Assure that all truck and driver lists in the region are accurate and updated.
• Accountable to share regular reports on a daily basis for the fleet performance to maintain high efficiency and response time.
• Assure that any backloads delivery from a supplier will be delivered to Panda DC successfully by ensuring full alignment between fleet regional teams.
Skills
Education
Bachelor in IT, Business Analytics, Information System, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
Experience, Skills & Competencies
2 Years Minimum Experience, Technical and Analytical Certificates is a Plus.
