Fleet Senior Coordinator

Job Purpose:

• To Dispatch store deliveries in a timely manner, using the optimum capacity of vehicles. To control the fleet and maximize the utilization of company fleet during day shift and to minimize the rental while keeping high level of Safety and Quality. Protecting Panda’s image by assuring all drivers and vehicles are well appeared.

Job Responsibilities:

•  Leading all regional drivers and vehicles on an optimum level.
• Responsible of all fleet asset like vehicles, trailers, cold units in the region and assure they are up and running.
• Responsible for all outbound orders and delivery from loading to store, through routing planning, drivers assigning, and monitoring the process to ensure delivery is made according to the agreed SLA.
• Managing all transfers between store to store or DC to DC and assure all transfers are recorded and received.
• Coordinate with DC Managers for Outbound and inbound volume and assuring that Transportation Operation Managers and teams are adhering to the DC policies and procedures and complying to Quality and Safety in Workplace.
• Manage the monitoring and inspection regionally for the trucks with regards to the goods’ condition and the truck’s condition during receipt, transport, delivery…etc. by ensuring that inspection is regularly done according to the Transportation standards to ensure full compliance.
• Being the First Responder for any issue in the Region and assure to inform Transportation Management Team.
• Supervise the delivery process by reviewing the proof of delivery received from the team in order to ensure proper delivery.
• Building strong relationships with Store Managers through regular visits and capture any opportunity for enhancement.
• Manage the Reverse Logistics volume by reviewing return reports to ensure that all returns have been fulfilled or investigate reasons if they were not and update Cost Supervisor regularly.
• Arrange for the salvation of Panda’s goods in case of accidents, and coordinate with related matters like customer and Admin Manager to inform delay and follow up with the case to ensure proper closing.
• Control Issue fuel vouchers and Vacations and checking the accuracy of all reports.
• Prepare Various reports on daily or monthly basis including utilization, on time delivery, fleet readiness, etc.…
• Supervise Fleet Coordinators and the parking of vehicles at the dock and loading to assure that all vehicles parked at the DC after delivery. 

Education

• Higher Secondary Education

Experience, Skills & Competencies

• 2 years of experience in similar operations.
• Additional training gained previously in this field is a plus.
• Computer knowledge is a must.
• Knowledge about WMS and JDA is an added advantage.
