Fulfillment Lead.E - Commerce - Fulfillment Operations - East 1

Job Purpose 

To lead last-mile fleet execution by coordinating vehicle availability, driver readiness, and daily operational activities, ensuring reliable, safe, and on-time fulfillment in alignment with Panda Retail Company’s e-commerce service standards.

key Accountability 

·       Lead daily fleet execution activities including vehicle readiness and driver allocation to ensure uninterrupted last-mile operations.

·       Coordinate vehicle deployment and trip schedules with dispatch and fulfillment teams to support on-time order delivery.

·       Monitor fleet availability, utilization, and downtime to identify constraints and initiate timely corrective actions.

·       Coordinate breakdown response and maintenance follow-up with workshops and service providers to minimize service disruption.

·       Track driver attendance, compliance, and readiness to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak periods.

·       Verify accuracy of fleet operational data including trips, incidents, and utilization logs to ensure reliable reporting.

·       Communicate operational updates, constraints, and resolutions to the Last Mile Assistant Manager to support alignment and escalation.

·       Support implementation of safety procedures, driving standards, and operational guidelines to reduce incidents and risks.

Prepare daily fleet execution summaries and exception reports to support performance monitoring and continuous improvement.

• Operational Execution & Problem Solving – Manages daily fleet activities efficiently and resolves disruptions (breakdowns, coverage gaps) quickly under time pressure.
• Coordination & Communication – Aligns effectively with dispatch, fulfillment, drivers, and workshops, and reports clearly to the Last Mile Assistant Manager.
• Attention to Detail & Data Accuracy – Ensures reliable fleet records (trips, incidents, utilization) for accurate reporting and decision-making.

• Safety & Compliance Awareness – Applies driving standards, safety procedures, and operational guidelines to reduce incidents and risks.

• Team Leadership & Driver Supervision – Leads and organizes drivers, ensuring readiness and adequate coverage during peak and off-peak periods
